Members of City Council will hold an electronic meeting in pursuant to § 15.2-1418 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. Due to the infectious nature of COVID-19 it unsafe to assemble a quorum of the Council in a single location, or to assemble members of the public in a single location, this meeting will be conducted by telephone. Council will be considering the suspension of electric utility cutoffs through June 10, 2020.
