Animal Control Officers endeavor to provide a clean, healthy, and inviting environment to view animals that are available at the City of Franklin Animal Shelter for adoption.
Fees & Requirements
- You must be a resident of the City of Franklin or a surrounding locality;
- You must be at least 18 years of age;
- Persons convicted of an animal felony cannot adopt;
- You must agree to have the animal sterilized within 30 days or when the animal comes of age;
- There is a $10.00 fee to adopt an animal from the shelter; however, we will refund $5.00 upon proof of sterilization.
