Neighborhood Watch 

The Franklin Police Department is a strong supporter of the Neighborhood Watch program. Currently the City of Franklin has three watch programs instituted. If you would like more information on starting a watch program in your neighborhood, call Sergeant Scott Halverson at 757-562-8684.

Request a Speaker 

If you would like to request a speaker please contact Sergeant Scott Halverson at 757-562-8684. In order to prepare for your event and to ensure staffing, please provide at least 30 day notice for your event. An officer will be available for civic meetings, school functions, community days etc. Along with trained and experienced community speakers we also have a K-9 blood hound and a drug dog available for demonstrations.

Request a Tour of Police Headquarters

To request a tour of Police Headquarters please contact Sergeant Scott Halverson at 757-562-8684. The tours will take about thirty minutes and officers and staff will answer any questions you might have. The tour will include the squad room, offices, jail cells, police unit and 911 call center.
